Features: -Farm (reed currently planted, ready for wheat) -Isolated, but by Athens -Strip mine already in and set up -Dock -Workroom -I think it looks pretty nice -no furniture, ready for someone to move in I can also add modular expansion type of rooms for anybody that wants something more specialized. As far as price, this took me a while, so it's not going to be completely cheap. We'll talk about price. EDIT: Dang, these pictures are really oversized.
