General Information about this item:[ This is a 15x20 two story house, made out of wool and sandstone, this house cost around 4.5k to 5k to make sadly. So I have to out the price to 7k.
I can and will negotiate around 5.75k to 7k but no lower. This house is located in PandaVille, which has a town farm, storage wars, mini shops around the town and friendly residents!
