All these homes are in the unlimited up build section of my town. Should any of the home buys wish to further expand the dwelling they may. Basements of up to 20 blocks down are permitted, but discouraged due to town being over an ocean.

 

The e-repair service you purchased is global for ECC. That which is being offered with this houses is for duration of residency... the bulk of the price is for the plot and pre-built home itself.
