Is there anyway I can determine when last a member of my town was active? I have a few members who I have not seen for ages. If they are not active I would like to replace them with active members.
What is the acceptable time period of inactivity before I can boot them out?

If you do /seen you can see if they are active, and the staff have it after 7 days they are considered inactive, but it depends on town rules. That is the minimum time
