To get the money, I would recommend buying a farm permission :) you can ask around in chat if anyone is selling

 

@GameStreakerz I can sell my town to you for 35k :p Im trying my hardest to get mayor :)

(Sadly I only get 4-5k a day....)

 

You apply for Mayor in the Residents+ section. It will ask you where you plan to make the town. If you make signs at each corner, and post their coordinates in your application, you should be good. If there's any towns within 15 blocks that are not your own, you'll need to get their permission, however.

 

@SuburbSomeone is it recommended to have your mayor town in Rising or Legacy?

Once you are a Resident or higher, you may apply for it at a rate of $5,000 a week. This is from 4-10 weeks at a time for as long as you would like.

Yea, Lancaster is a beautiful town. Its a shame no one is running it anymore :/ I would like to make a city like that, but sadly Im no where close to Mayor xD
