First open up CMD Promt (Command Prompt)
Next type in Ping
Once ping is typed in put the URL, or IP address of the computer or server you are trying to ping.
(you can even ping yourself lol :D)

If you ping yourself and you get no response.... while then you must be hackking lol If you do ping yourself you should get a response in about 1 milisecond lol

Yes I know kuke, but the websites are the better way imo because it is just easier than going in and finding your console/commandpromp/etc to do the ping command.
