Hey @qasdfw, as long as you are still the original town owner on the application of the town, you can technically request a game admin if the town can be returned to you. They may take things into account like if the current owners are active or not, if you made a sale contract/agreement -- but there is no public criteria for this. There is no format for such a request, just forum pm a game admin and make a logical, detailed, and thoughtful case.

If you are no longer the owner on the application of the town, and the current town owners and the application owner have been offline in game and on forum for 6+ months, a tycoon+ rank can claim such "abandoned" towns (each tycoon+ rank is allowed to claim one abandoned town per rank).
