Step 1: Open your minecraft browser.
Step 2: Go into Account Settings, You will find this in the lower left hand side.
Step 3: Find where it says 'Select Version' and click onto the drop down box.
Step 4: Select 1.6.4 and select Save at the bottom of the pop-up box
Step 5: Launch Minecraft by clicking Play
Step 6: Select Multi player
Step 7: Connect to ECC

If at any time you would like to use 1.7.2 outside of ECC then re-do step 4 but instead of selecting 1.6.4, select 1.7.2 and then you will be able to use it. Although you will have to do the same steps to get back on ECC.

Some people have recently been getting a Failed message when trying to get on, this is a solution that will fix this.​

Step 1: Open your minecraft browser.
Step 2: Go into Account Settings, You will find this in the lower left hand side.
Step 3: Find where it says 'Select Version' and click onto the drop down box.
Step 4: Select 1.7.2 (Note ECC Has not upgraded yet ) and select Save at the bottom of the pop-up box
Step 5: Launch Minecraft by clicking Play
Step 6: On the homepage (Singleplayer/Multiplayer and ECT) you will now want to Exit.
Step 7: Load back up your browser
Step 8: Go into Account settings and this time select 1.6.4 and save
Step 9: Select play and Connect to ECC.
