As many people may not be aware, about 350 million people struggle with depression in their day-to-day lives. I'm here to educate about depression and how to recieve help. As a request from an anonymous player, I was asked to bring up this subject. I understand this may be a touchy subject, but I feel it needs to be adressed.
If you feel depressed, talk to somebody and get some help. If you don't feel comfortable about adressing your parents, talk to somebody at school, work (depending on your age), or a friend. Whomever you feel comfortable talking to, talk to them, because you're worth it. They will get you help, even if medication is needed or just needing to talk to someone, you'll feel better. Never feel embarrsed to ask for help or feel like you're not normal, because there is no such thing as normal. Everyone is different, so don't feel ashammed or embarrased if you suffer from depression or to ask for help. I ask you, if you're suffering from anything, please get help. You shouldn't have to deal with pain, but if you get help you'll feel better.
