i cant join server after restart lag?!?!

    is this lag because the restart happened like 15 mins ago and i cant get in plz help mod/Smod/GameAdmin/Owner

    server is down because when kuke tried to restart it didn't restart again blame kuke.

    Server didn't come back up after I restarted it, I contacted andrew and all we can do now is wait.
