Why are you filing a complaint? I don't see anything wrong, you payed for a tp and then the guy decided he didn't want to do the ice. You didn't pay him or anything. Also $200 isn't that much, farm 2 stacks of pumpkins and you got your 200 dollars. Sell 2 diamond 100 each.

You received the services for the tp, so there's nothing I can do about that. You didn't receive the service for the water, which from what I can see here you did not pay for.
