So, would a raffle for real life prizes that would cost an ingame fee to enter be allowed? If so...Good. If not please explain why/witch rule this would be breaking?

For most places on earth simple international shipping methods would work fine. This is true but in any give away situation like this, this issue occurs. I suppose this would be a "risk" that would be included in a sort of terms for playing. If you think about it, Simply buying something on ebay(or any other online retailer) you have to give away much more personal info than just your address.
I believe this would violate ecodollar transfer rules, and also raffles are not allowed as there is no way to guarantee their honesty.
The only rule i can find is " User-User Real Life Money Transfers Real life money transfer being done User-User are not allowed. If this is caught during our daily checks/investigations, the user on the receiving end of the EcoDollars will have those deducted from his account. Furthermore, the initial seller of the EcoDollars will have their account banned. We absolutely do not allow this on the EcoCityCraft server because of the various implications it can cause. " And this does not seam to mention any thing like what is being discussed here
You are raffling off irl items. That is considered selling it for eco$. I suggest you do not do this, as there is a huge risk of getting banned AND losing the money you get from it.
This would fall under the above quoted rule i believe, as you are receiving ecodollars while they are receiving irl items. I am not 100% certain, however i advise that you don't make this raffle.
