From what I can see, the only difference are the disk drive, (blu-ray AND DVDRW/CD-RW)

I would personally lean towards the Rb71 : D ( the first one )

Oh also, the cheaper one supports more instruction sets in the processor (more hardware/software support) and has more usb 3.0 ports than the more expensive one.
