People most likely aren't going to give away 85k because of the risk of them losing it.
There are many ways that you can get mayor, including mining, farming, SG, or building/jobs. Try the help commands ingame, or take a look at the Basic Tutorials section for money making tutorials. A new player, minerman09, got mayor after only a couple hours of mining last weekend. It's defiantly doable if you put forth the time and effort.

 

So how long do you think it will take for you to pay back 100k?
Also, the amount of time you spend asking for money on the server could be used to mine or farm. You may get there faster.

 

The fact is, no one will give away 85k for free. I would suggest using those 40 minutes to farm and mine as hard as you can. It took me 4 months from joining to get mayor. Some days I had 5 hours to work hard and mine. Nowadays I usually get less then 30 minutes with my busy school schedule. You still need to work hard to get to your goal. Also don't take out a loan at all because with only 40 minutes a day there's probably no way you could pay one back in time.
