If it was a temporary ban, then you can try logging in to see how long the ban duration is, if there is no time, it's more than likely a permanent ban. The ban you have will most likely be reduced if not lifted if you give them a good ban appeal, make sure to apologize whole-heartedly and understand that even if someone does something you do not like.. it's not allowed to curse at people or call them things like that.. If you are in pvp, and lose items, you cannot expect people to just give them back.. It's a free for all in pvp, and you cannot curse at people for simply playing the game the way the server enables it to be played.
