    i want to buy somebodys town for around 26k if nobody lives in it i will pay around 27k for it if you want more we can try to work something out that can work for both of us =D

    try to keep price in the 20k area i am hoping to see the town befor i buy it and please make shure the town has a portal if possible i will be willing to pay 1k extra for a portal town
