Have I click baited you in now? Good. I want some towns, but I'm at the point where they just cost way too much for me and I don't feel like investing the time to wait for them. So- If you're a resident who wants to rank up to Mayor but doesn't want the town- I'll pay the 85k, you just give me the town. I'll also extend this to Mayors who want to rank up to president, but I'll still only be paying 85k. This means that you'll no longer have claim of your town, it'll be mine. I'll give you co-ords of what I want and you'll submit the application. I'll set up a contract that gives me to option to put in a transfer to make me the legal owner of it.
