So, I'm a huge hockey fan, and I saw that there's a draw option? I don't understand, unlike futbol there's physically no way to have a draw, you win or lose. Why is there a draw option when you can't have a draw?

It is because of spreads? Where do I find those?

I dont know much about hockey. But I would assume it means in regular play time. So if it goes to extra time, it counts as a draw if you bet so.
