    I would like to know ..Can I apply to renew the shop I am currently renting before 12:01est or will it be a fee for all at that time with no guarantees that I can retain the shop?

    If you apply before the time runs out, you will keep your shop. If you apply after the deadline, you need to be the first applying to keep your shop.

    For the people with questions, the best advice is:
    • Renew your shop BEFORE expiry. You can of course still do this, and before 12:01am on the expiry date ONLY you can apply for a renewal.
    • 12:01 am and later, it is effectively first come first serve, if you apply to renew after this time and you are first, you will keep your shop. (Of course, this is subject to a member of staff not having cleared expired shops already). If someone else posts before you (but after 12:01 am), they will get your shop.
