I am Avaina1918. Some know me, some do not. Recently I have started talking to some about building a large and magnificent project. Many have tried to do this but have failed. I will make it the most historically accurate the world has ever seen. I will be building the Titanic in all of her glory. But to do this, I need a financial boost. The estimation of the total cost of building her will be $900,000! I only have, sadly, $700. That is why I need a loan. To those who are saying, “$900k is a lot of money! Nobody has that much!” I do not need it all from one person. I am accepting loans as low as 50k. For every 50k loaned, I will give 55k back. This gives YOU 5k! And that number goes up with every 50k donated! I am only accepting loans at 50k intervals at this time. For example, I do not want loans like 25k, 160k, and so on. Well, first I need to buy 3 towns to hold it in, then I need to pay the guy building it. So that's where 900k comes from, straight from the calculator (yes, I used a calculator).
So, erm, how exactly are you going to earn all that money plus interest? 990k just doesn't come out of thin air...
I am in the same boat as Jason, and if you aren't building it, then whats to say we don't go to the guy building it and get it built for ourselves?
David, we don't know who is building it. I mean, if i had 50k, I would donate it, but i need to be sure I'll actually get it back. I don't see how you could make it back, and i don't want you to get banned because you can't pay it back. I had thought perhaps if you sold tickets to see it, but someone could dirt tower over the wall of your town and see it (or use fly), unless you made a roof, which, with the size of your building 120,000 blocks for a roof wouldn't be a good idea. And walls to go with it, pfft, it'll be huge. Bugging the smods every 30 seconds because some president is breaking into your town would be a waste of time, and they could get in when you go offline, take pics, ect. So then i thought, if the project has no effect on your money earning, then you could wait til the end of June and then you'd have your 900k+ from whatever means you were going to get the money from. Sounds like a good idea, but you may have to wait until your a bit further down the road. Believe me, when i have piles of money laying around I'll be building huge wonders the server has never seen.
All of you probably think I am giving loans. It is the opposite. I am building it, and I need the loans to build it. The way I will get a return on my investment is that I will sell the staterooms. I hope this clears things up for you.
I always keep my word, especially on loans and transactions. However, if you are still unsure or skeptical, we can fill out a contract.
I'm not afraid that you'll scam me, I'm afraid were gonna reach June and you'll be like "Uh, I don't exactly have all the money yet." But meh, I don't have 50k, but I'm sure there are other that do.
Hahaha, you know that many of us presidents are broke right? I think most of us use up our money buying things like spawn shops, town features and lotto. Any presidents out there, know what I mean?

mmhm i would loan some money.. but im building a 1000x30x20 farm that is over 350k per harvest with vegocoke, so most of my money is going into that, once thats done then maybe i could.
