It will be free form build with no upper limit or lower limit. Build what you want bedrock to sky.

You can buy a side by side pair of 20x20's for twice the price plus $5 a square block if you want to claim the buffer in between the plots. You can, if you want buy three 20x20's in a corner for an L shaped plot. More on that later.
