    I.. I am not understanding how most people have so little upload speed. Never in my life have I lived or visited somewhere that had upload lower than download. You are all insane.

    I'm betting the crap upload is why the % is so low. xD 7 download isn't too bad.

    500 FPS is bad... You need a new computer/new parts in the computer. xD It isn't related to the Internet, just what your computer has in it.

    fyi 500 fps is not bad at all.. your computerscreen won't show any higher than the refresh rate of the screen though. (which is default at 60 Hz for windows)

    Also, I just found out that STUPID TIME WARNER CABLE LOWERED MY SPEEDS!!! I was supposed to get 30 upload and 5 download, but they changed it to 20 upload and 1 download. I HATE Time Warner Cable!
