I’ll take a non-shop plot as long as building permits a park type feature rather than a building.

Absolutely! So long as there are no trade signs of any kind within the building it would be a non-shop plot. We do have one Shine in town, a leftover from the Cult of the Tree days, but certainly more park type features would be welcome! I'll be around most of Sat/Sun to help get this set up.
