    Suggestion:
    Have own'd items be unaffected by enderchest clears, and inventory clears. (They wouldn't be cleared)
    Reason:
    Well, if you own a tool, you own it for a reason, to protect it because it has value.

    Since /sell hand prevents owns items from being sold, I thought this could be possible

    The whole concept of the inventory/enderchest wipe is that the server deletes your player.dat file which contains this, from the server files to free up space or something. Even if it was possible it wouldnt make that much sense.

    The cleanup is entirely a different setup and command.
    Nothing we can do to change it.
