I think it's a brilliant move by Andrew. He's trying to get people to spend $100 AND do the mods job.

I think the supermods still need to do stuff if they want a proper punishment.

I know so it is therefore pointless except the vanishing thing. When i put a grief report in it is usually dealt with under 6 hours.

 

Well you would be able to stop a major greif being able to catch the person while its still fixable and remove them from your town

As andrewkm is the only one who handles donations I can't answer your question for sure, but since you are asking and i've seen a few other comments in this thread regarding the price, I just want to remind you and everyone else that it is priced like this for a reason. Andrew himself specifically said he wants this feature to be for his "top" donators... in other words he doesn't want it to be a feature that every single player has. So I don't really think the price will be changing.

Most griefs are not major griefs, this tool allows you to decide if you are going to remove someone from your town for a minor grief. If it's major and requires a ban and/or a roll back then you still need to file a grief report.

This part of the feature is NOT to replace a moderators job, but to provide users with a higher level of convenience. You no longer have to wait for a moderator to respond to your post.

Vanish is a major feature and one I'm still not sure users should get. It's just that powerful. Check out the information thread and you should be able to understand quickly why vanish is incredible. I think this feature is worth at least the same amount as enchanted repairs... if not more.

he did the same thing with eco dollars ..... when the eco's per 10$ went up he gave the people who had donated for eco$ in the past the extra dollars, so i think he will do the same thing with this if it goes down
