Ok, horses seem common enough for us to proceed. First, we need an area that is almost completely plains.

 

Thanks, but unfortunately, we need a town that's not a island ocean town. It'd be too difficult to get the horses there.

 

Yup. We're using BigAl512's town, and he will be my "2nd in command," as it were. We're going to work on the design of the course. If we come up with a way to get investors' help in the design, I'll post again.

 

I'll now be collecting investments. I'll contact those who have posted here ingame. If you want to invest as well, please contact me. Don't just pay me out of the blue, as I have to enter your name in places to keep track of investors.

Remember, this isn't going to be like massive profits for your investments--you may think of it as a bank with high interest. Still better than letting you money sit, and, of course, it's permanent as long as you leave your money in.

 

The total investment will be limited to 150k, to prevent dividends from being too small.
