Suggestion:
Add the "invincible: allow" flag to the events area.

Reason:
When you are building you often have good tools on you and valuable ores. There is nothing more annoying than taking damage or dying in a public area and panicking to get it back or losing it. I think we she make this region more like spawn so you can't die and lose all your stuff.

Other Information:
I don't see any reason why we shouldn't implement this, it'll be helpful to people working with lava and people who don't have /fly
