General Purpose of Contract:
To sell the town of ironview (in legacy under the cords of post A /x-13124 /y 78 /z- 3233 / post b x-13322/y 74/z-3232 / post c/x-13323/y 77/-3433/Post D/x -13123/y65/-3433) to @Chaaaaaaaaaad in exchange for 225k in a payment plan of 1 week.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @ctop_1013 agree to give @Chaaaaaaaaaad the town of ironview (in legacy) and in exchange I will receive 225k in a 1 week payment plan due on the date of 4/30/16.
I @ctop_1013 agree to make a sign at /warp tops by 4/23/16 with the coordinates of x6984/y113/z4238 in rising (to where he will have a stall with 1 sign where the money will be due on 4/30/16)
I @ctop_1013 agree to give @Chaaaaaaaaaad full ownership of the town ironview within 24 hours of the contract being approved
I @ctop_1013 agree to notify the existing members of the town to tell them that the town is being sold by the date 4/30/16
I @ctop_1013 agree to give @Chaaaaaaaaaad an extra 2 days(due on 5/2/16) in case of something comes up with an extra 5k due. There will be a late fee sign at warp tops under the coordinates of x-6984 y-113 z-4238.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees to notify @ctop_1013 if he is not able to make to payment plan of 225k due on 4/30/16.
@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees to not kick out cardinal3 of any circumstances. (unless griefs the town and a report is filed)
@Chaaaaaaaaaad agree to buy ironview on a payment plan with a due date of 225k on 4/30/16.
@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees to give @ctop_1013 back full ownership of the town ironview if he cannot do the full payment plan. Yes he will be refunded for what he has currently paid off.

Please make sure to do the following:
- Mention the world that Ironview is in
- Add in a timeframe for how long you have to add @Chaaaaaaaaaad to the town (EG Within 24 hours of contract approval
- Add the co-ords and world of the payment sign
- You also need to say how long you have to make the sign
- You need to include the amount of money @Chaaaaaaaaaad is paying under his terms
@Chaaaaaaaaaad will need to re-sign after changes have been made. -
