I understand. He broke the town rules 100%. Doesn't make it the moral thing to do, especially as it seems there was somewhat of an investment put into the property by the player.

 

In addition, everything I said was 100% true. I never said anything about the legality of the exchange, just the morality.

Very strict, Sounds like he was a decent tenant and active around his build (up until the 8 day /seen).
Shows you don't want active tenants, just sporadic ones. :)
