Reason of Ban: During the lottery I saw everyone spamming tickets, so I threw in a few happy faces. I now realize how they could have been confused with <Mod-Edit>. I very much regret these actions and I know realize the mistake I have made. Again, I am sorry for this confusion and I would really appreciate to join ECC again.

Clause 3 - Inappropriate chatting
- Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
- Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
- This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
- Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.
- Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning.
- Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that you are not aloud to spam or harass anyone in chat. I now fully understand and realize this rule and I will not violate it again.
Please explain why you think you should be unbanned:
I think that I should be unbanned because the reason for my ban was a misunderstanding. I am very sorry for the confusion. However, I do not think that it deserved a ban. I hope you can forgive my mistakes. Thank you.

I'm glad to see you've decided to appeal.
First off I'd like to clear the air, because I feel as if we need to address the elephant in the room. Your ban was in no way what so ever a misunderstanding. You were verbally warned and asked to stop sending a certain message, and even kicked twice for the matter yet you decided it would be best for you to persist with those actions which resulted in your ban. So as to how it's a misunderstanding or how it was undeserved I'm confused.
The purpose of allowing users to appeal is for users to come to their own acknowledgment of the fact that what they did was wrong and to ensure that it will not happen again, essentially learning from their mistakes. In order to successfully appeal, you will not only need to show a sense of remorsefulness but also accept the fact that you made an error and explain how you plan on avoiding such futures.
From this specific appeal, I'm getting nothing more than a sense of remorsefulness, and moreover a sense that you were falsely banned and quite possibly may return and act in a similar manner once again. Although all that being said, I'd like to formally applaud you and show my sincere gratitude simply as you seem to be remorseful of your actions. That in itself is one step in the correct path in return back to the community.
Anyway concluding with your appeal, I know you have it in you to authentically appeal. I truly do look forward to seeing an updated appeal from you soon, accepting the fact that you made an error and explaining how you will do your best to avoid such actions down the line. I hope you take this all into consideration in your next appeal.
