Good Afternoon ECC!

After having recently becoming a President, and claiming the 200x200 area of land for my second town, I am looking for someone to flatten this 200x200 area for me at Y=64.Most of the land is already at this level, and there is 1 small river that needs to be filled as well.

 

Time is not an issue for me, so I'm ok with giving the individual who is clearing ~1 week (Definitely more if needed).

I'm looking to pay approx. 10k for the whole job.
