I need:

Workers. I need ONE person with Pyro, Pyro+ would be a big help.They need to have water, water+ will also help too. I need THREE people, who have eff 5 picks and a good mining level. I also need some money. However, I am not just asking for donations. I will give the biggest donator a share of my company profits! 5% of everything I make, you get profit. Donations must be over 1K to be put on the list.

The Pyro receives 7.5% of company profits, quite a good chunk.
Miners get money depending on how much they mine. You will sell it to my sign for free and I will sell it for profit. You then get your money back for more than you could have sold it to server. Both pyros and benefits get company benefits on request depending on how much you have mined. (Farm perms, Free teleports, etc.)

 

I don't know, but I'll take a look around at other prices. Yes, bulk will be cheap, slightly above server price.

I kind of like the 1k donation idea. However, the most someone could have is 5% of the company.

 

I think 2.75$ is a good price for small amounts and less for larger quantities.
