Felon Name: pokemon6949 I sold a plot to pokemon6949 (im the co mayor) and he lied about his money too get a cheaper plot. Then he gave me the full price of the 20x20, $4000. He then started complaining about that he gave me "extra money" which he didn't. He also said he would put a complaint about me. And lastly he said he wanted a refund when I told him no refunds before he bought the plot. I have 2 witnesses, Cline and Swim_Quill . You can ask them about the incident. -kevin24068
