If you are getting kicked as soon as you connect, then ask a staff member to teleport to you when you attempt to connect and find out what is causing it. Often its just something like being pushed into a block by water or something along those lines.

 

There are a few staff members on the forums right now, I would suggest sending them a quick forum pm explaining what is happening and I am sure they would be happy to help, try @Dewsy92 they are both in-game and on the forums right now.

 

Well either way, when you get back from your break, if it is still happening I do suggest sending a forums pm to a staff member, sometimes the best way to get help is to go directly to them privately and on the forums and ask for assistance. I am sure that any of the staff members would be willing to help you :)

PM me when you would like to try and fix this and I will be happy to try and help. That being said, it looks like you are trying to connect through minechat. This is a known issue with trying to connect using minechat, and not one which is the staff's responsibility. Andrew has stated many times in the past that using mine chat (or similar) is the responsibility of users.

EDIT: I have also moved this to Help & Support

 

Also andrew could care less if Minechat did not work. He has said that he HATES minechat, and he could care less if no one could connect from it.

 

I hate minechat. Its unreal.
