Instead of redirecting people to a thread why not help them or get someone else to help them? Redirecting them to a thread that is just going to redirect them back to you/staff is stupid.
Regardless of whether we help them or not, they should know to check that thread before posting in the future. You are entitled to your opinion but I don't appreciate your disrespect to a staff member doing their job.
Your job is to help people when they have a problem, not redirect them to a thread that will literally tell them to contact you, staff. That's a hoop people have to jump through. And that's stupid. Anyway "they should know to check that thread before posting in the future" Sure. As long as you help them while addressing that problem. A simple "I'll get someone to help you with this. Next time you have a problem be sure to check the common bugs thread (link)" And you'd have done it efficiently and professionally. Call it disrespect or whatever, I don't care, if I see something stupid I'll call it stupid.
Basically kicked for flying bugs are a result of lag. If you tried restarting your mc and / or router and this problem continues, I would try to type /spawn as fast as I can before getting kicked. Should you not be able to type that fast then I would recommend starting a forum inbox with a staff member on the staff online now list on the forums where you can tell them you need a force tp to spawn and they'll try to get you there before the next kicked for flying message. Wrik is asking for a force TP to spawn in the thread itself, but I think it's nice to see you trying to get a user to return to where they belong rather than force them to go to spawn.
It's sorted now, I wasn't thinking straight and I'm sorry for being a bit unhelpful. I should have told him how to contact someone and what to say, as I wasn't available to help him myself. Thank you for your concern.
