This is the official thread for KM Farms donations and help.

KM Farms is owned by @_Mandy and @KingCharlie9.

What is KM Farms?
KM Farms is a new branch of farms. We want to provide the server with a wide range of different farms, for the best prices, with amazing perks.

We are currently aiming to start off with a tree farm, but we'll also venture to melon farms and anything more that our members wish! Most of our proceedings will go towards maintaining and expanding our collection.

We want to be one of the best, with the best prices and the best perks.

Thats why we plan to have the following (for the tree farm):

The Replanting Membership!
(You can sign up and pay monthly for the Replanting Membership, where we replant for you! No hassle of getting workers to replant, because we will!)

No-Profit sapling sign.
(We'll just grab some saplings, and put them in a trade sign for you to get some from. We know running out of saplings is annoying, and we don't profit - we just wanna help you!)

Free OnDemand-Ereps (Coming soon)
(Soon, we will be able to provide ereps on demand!)

Star tool access (Coming soon)
(We will provide star tool accessibility for you soon, so you don't have to pay for rentals!)

We are looking for donations to help us start. We need a few things, and we are offering perks for the people who will help.

We need:

Stacks and Stacks of Glowstone!
A lot of dirt

A town. (Preferrably not placed) or 85k
[ _Mandy and I contributed money together to get her President ]
A person or group of people willing to help us build the farm.

It would be awesome if we could get help, as we don't have the whole funds for the project.

What helpers get:
Free perms
Their name on a plaque
And for those who go above and beyond in helping, free Owner perms.
And more!

We plan to sell perms for the following:
70k - Member
170k - Owner [Ability to sell Member]

Obtained a town!

Now we only need Glowstone and dirt to continue!

 

Wow, thats amazing! We're not sure on how much we need exactly, but I'll be sure to contact you soon about it. We need a lot of glowstone and dirt, and I'll make sure to tell you the cost of it all. I know now though that it would cost a minimum of 70k - meaning you can get perms with us to help you make even more money!

Fantastic - I'll need your help with some dirt! And maybe, if possible, I'll need help with glowstone too.
