Hello all! It's me, knears2000 bringing you a loan service! We have about $300k in the bank currently, more to be coming soon. Here are the prerequisites that you need in order to take out a loan.

Requirements

• Mayor+, no exceptions
• $100 in donations, screenshot provided (On loans of $50k or more)
• 2 Vouches, please don't fake them
• Agreement to sign a contract
• No bans on scamming

Rates of Repayment

• 1 Week = 20% interest
• 2 Weeks = 25% interest
• 3 Weeks = 30% interest
• 4 Weeks = 35% interest
• 5 Weeks = 40% interest
• Longer Period of Time = Specific Rate

Loan Extension

• 1 Week = 15% Added
• 2 Weeks = 20% Added
• 3 Weeks = 25% Added
• 4 Weeks = 30% Added
