Town Rules:
- No scaming/spaming/advertising/griefing
- Do not build outside the plot, The Bricks Slabs are outside the plos so no building on them and beyond
- All server rules apply in the town!
- Griefing results in funds, which are determined accordingly
- Buying a plot/farm access or joining the town in anyway means you agree to the rules
- Rules are changeable! you'll be notified when so on the NEWS wall in town!
- Being offline for more than 1 Week means KICK OUT! sorry but it's for the town's best :D Mail or Pm Siraj93 if you need to be offline for week or more
- Not paying according to contract (meanwhile builders only) within time gets ya KICKED OUT
- No refunds at any occasion
- Any sort of paying when the paid player is offline is illegal (payment won't be returned and/or accepted)
- Replant what you harvest!

Double chest cooking pot <- No extra fund to use
Fishing tables <- No extra fund to use
Tpa service(when i'm free and can help ya) <-No extra fund to use
Few free Water placements (in other words No free job) <- No extra fund to use
Ocean Town! You can build Farm under the plot! pay attention to height
Mini Farm, 80X6 Potato farm to keep you supplied with food <- No extra fund
Tree Farm (behind Town-hall) <- No extra funds to use (replant)
Mini Wheat farm (the right side of the town-hall's surroundings) replant!
Town portal!
Free pyro service -Includes Cooking pots free fueling if you have one in/out of the town-
Town port/bay
Unlimited water placements within town <- 1K payed to siraj93! (only when online)

So town was moderately griefed on July 12-13th (GMT+3:00), and therefor i'm posting this comment after i put in the townhall some singes telling you to read this.
