Koto Is now taking orders for lots and houses.

As some of you may know, Koto is ready. So make sure you order your lot and get the size you want(within reason) before it is too late! Also tell us what era of house are you building because we have different sections of our town dedicated to both eras. Also if you can't make an ancient or modern oriental style house, my friend and I could also make houses from pictures you find or from your ideas. The final touches on Koto should be done by Wednesday or Thursday, but Friday if we have more ideas for the town.

We have many great features to help you move to Koto:
1. We have a very unique theme that appeals to many builders.
2. We have some really nice public buildings that you can enjoy like our Temple or our Town Hall.
3. We have public nice big reed farm open to those the contribute to Koto.It is currently being remodeled to be bigger.
4. We have a very organized town and friendly community.
5. Many more that you will have to find out for your house.

There are some building restrictions for the town:
1. You house must be ancient or modern style oriental.
2. There will be no reed farms considering we have a big reed farm for the public.
3. Your house shouldn't have layers of floors underground. You will be able to have one and maybe 2 floors underground, if 1 is not enough for some odd floor.
4. Do not exceed your plot of land you bought.

Koto is now open. I will be building lots soon so tell me what lot size you want before there isn't any room left.

 

Tours are already taking place ask me or Regenisis(co-Mayor) in-game for a quick tour. It's about a 2 minute walk straight from the east portal. P.S. The town changed a lot since the picture. Looks nicer and more organized.
