    #4 in the information section says “all rental fees must be paid upfront.” Typically how I do my rentals is, once we are in-game together, I will send you 3 pm’s... this will be the rental agreement. It will lay out what is owed, when your time expires, and what would happen if the tool is lost/destroyed. You would read it over and state you agree, if you agree. Then we meet at /warp r11, where I will setup your designated chest. Once payment is received, I will place the tool in the chest and that’s it. You simply return the tool to the chest when your time expires. When would you like to meet in-game (include your time zone)?

    It depends on the farm you have to use it on, if it fully grown and the size as if you have to wait for it to grow, you’ll lose time and money you could be making. Also your features to an extent, like if you have repair or need to spend time looking for one, etc. if you have a good farm and decent features that don’t require you to stop and wait, you make roughly $16k-$18k per hour. Also keep in mind macros help with you not needing to stop to sell your inventory and stuff and if you talk in chat a good bit that will eat into your profits.

    I also don’t do forum contract anymore, I do the whole agreement through in-game pm so there is not wait time for you to get started making money.
