My loans offer lengthy payback time frames agreed upon by contract and loans of any size between $20,000 and $1,000,000 so long as the amount is available. Interest rates are as follows: Any loans $100,000 or less pay back 10% of total loan amount in interest Any loans greater than $101,000 pay back 12.5% total loan amount in interest Any loans greater than $174,000 pay back 15% of total loan amount in interest Any loans greater than $274,000 pay back 17.5% of total loan amount in interest Any loans greater than $349,000 pay back 20% of total loan amount in interest Any loans greater than $499,000 pay back 25% of total loan amount in interest Common sense should be used when applying for a loan, I'm not going to give you a loan of $499,999 just so you only pay 20% in interest, it will be bumped up to a $500,000 loan.
