How much you want him to pay you for building, problably. He most likely added "Pay wanted" and "Cost" both on accident.
Ign jbertig Style can do nearly any style (International, Art Deco, Italianate) can also do scales of real buildings. Pay Wanted Depends on what is wanted. Realistic buildings need more time and energy, would like to profit at least $20k-$30k as I model excellent skyscrapers and have a known reputation for them on the server. size[no larger than 20x20] Can do a 17x17 Sears Tower that formerly stood in my flagship town. Can do smaller buildings as well, see below for where to see them. Height 109 blocks (Sears Tower Option) Anything you specify Cost Sears Tower option- $60,000, could go down to $5-$6k if building is more basic. Make an offer and I'll come up with a suitable design Materials Whatever you want. Stone is my preference for floors. Who will provide materials I can acquire materials for the Sears Tower, but this will be added into your pay cost (looking at ~$80k including labor).
