Hi everyone. I am offering free town co-ownership to those who are in need of one. I do have a few terms and conditions, you can see these below. However, you are able to take one of my towns that I owned, usually a brand new town, empty or semi-developed and you can manage it all yourself. See the perks below:

Advantages to the Town Scheme
- You receive a town for free! Not a single payment is required to start off.
- You set the rules of your town, you can sell the plots yourself.
- You are added to the region as an owner and can add members on your own.
- You may build and develop as you wish. However, any major developments on the town should be approved by me (Clearing it all down to bedrock, adding 20 layers for plots, changing it to a farm, etc).
- You can file LWCs on your own and take all items/money from this, royalties are not paid on LWCs.

Terms and Conditions
1. You will pay 25% of all profits made from the town each week in royalty payments to myself, Legotom001. You must provide a trade sign and a locked chest for us both, in the town you are added to.
2. You may not remove me from the town
3. You may not add any owners to the region
4. You may not sell the town
5. You may not use the town for personal reasons, you can live on the land and build a vault/plot but you should also be selling plots/perms to the town.
6. Your royalty payments must hit $500 ecd / week minimum.
7. You may leave the contract/town at any time, assuming that royalties have all been paid and you leave the region as owner.
8. You can add any members to the region you like. (As long as it is within your town and server rules)
9. You can set the plot cost, sizes and town rules
10. You will remain in the town until, A) You wish to leave the town, B) I sell the town, C) You go inactive for 1+ Month, D) You fail to pay royalties each week or E) You are banned from the server.
11. You may file LWCs for the town as "Co-Owner"
12. User is at least Resident or above.
13. If there are no towns currently available you will be put on a waiting list

USERNAME

General Purpose of Contract:
Adding a co-owned to the town of Calvus.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @legotom001, will add USERNAME to the town of "TOWN NAME" located in WORLD NAME as an owner of the region within 48 hours of the contract being approved. I agree to keep TOWN NAME within the town as an owner of the region until they would like to be removed, I sell the region, USERNAME goes inactive for 1+ Month, is banned from the server or they fails to pay royalties. I will also allow USER NAME to file LWC requests for this region under the title of "Co-Mayor"

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
USERNAME may sell plots within the town and add members to the region at any time. USERNAME may not add any new owners to the region, nor may they remove me as an owner without my approval. USERNAME may not sell the town, only plots. USERNAME must give @legotom001 (insert agreed upon price) ecd for each user added (no matter why or how long they are added for) every week, royalty payments much reach a minimum of 500 ecd/weekly.

USERNAME must place a donation chest (large) and trade sign in the town of Calvus locked to both of us, and will remain there until ownership of TOWNNAME falls back to me, and all payments must be payed though the sign, no other ways of payment are valid. USERNAME must also agree to take screen shots of each transaction involving the town and send them to me in a forum pm.

USERNAME may set the rules for the town, plot prices, plot sizes, and build where they wish and what they wish assuming it follows the general server rules. USERNAME does not have to pay anything for co-ownership, and may leave the contract at any time assuming all royalty payments have been completed and he leaves the region as owner.

Royalty payments must be made weekly at least starting from the approval of this thread (7 days from now, then another 7 days, so forth). They will also be payed into the trade sign, no other format will be accepted.

USERNAME agrees that they may remain in the town until, A) They wish to leave the town, B) I sell the town, C) They are inactive for more than 1 month, D) They fail to pay royalties for the week or E) They are banned from the server. USERNAME must also agree that I can remove them at any stage as an owner assuming one of the above terms is met (A-E) or another agreement is made between the two of us regarding departure.

You will remain in the town until, A) You wish to leave the town, B) I sell the town, C) You go inactive for 1+ Month, D) You fail to pay royalties each week or E) You are banned from the server.

USERNAME must also agree that any major changes to the town, (flattening it, making it a farm, building any house on a plot bugger than 50x50, and so forth) must be approved by @legotom001 , if that is not meet, @legotom001 has the right to remove USERNAME on the spot and with out warning. from TOWNNAME.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Accepted, I'll work on the contract right away. well, after I ask you ig if you would like to look at the town 1st.

 

I changed my mine about doing this, (I'd rather run my own town/s) so could a mod please lock.

 

As no ig or forum contract was completed ad nither of us did any part of our agreed upon side (- you filing the application on this page), I am sorry to say, but yes. (nothing personal, I have just decided I would like to run it myself.)
