Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer $862,500 ECD to @HelenDKN within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• A chest shop will be created at X= 10629, Y= 103, Z= -2981 in Rising (Town of Winterfall) as a payback method. The chest will contain 100 stone at a purchase price of $8,625 ECD per stone.
• @HelenDKN agrees to allow @rh2wilson use of Eff7 #JR067BYY while the loan is outstanding in lieu of interest on the loan.
• @rh2wilson agrees to replace Eff7 #JR067BYY within two months, in the event that it is lost or broken while under the care and control of @rh2wilson.
• Eff7 #JR067BYY will be returned to a locked chest at X= 10627, Y= 103, Z= -2980 in Rising (Town of Winterfall) when not in use by either party.
  
• @HelenDKN will repay @rh2wilson within two months by purchasing stone from the above chest shop.
  
• If full repayment is not received on or before June 15, 2020, interest in the amount of $43,125 ECD (5%) will be added to the amount owing each week.
• Interest will be capped at $215,625 (after five weeks - July 20, 2020), at which time a complaint may be filed.
