I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The 80k will be given to @Smoke1965 within 24 hours after the contract is aproved. Both users are responsable for their own screenshots of the payments made. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The loan has to be payed back with 35k intrest within 1 week after contract aproved. @Mika8117 , in the contract initiator section you must put your part in this deal. Since you are the one giving the loan, it could be something to the effect of ' @Mika8117 will give @Smoke1965 the 80k loan immediately after this contract is approved'. Make sure there is a clear time frame for you to send the money to @Smoke1965. @Mika8117 , we also don't allow open-ended late fees, so maybe put something to the effect of '5k a day for a week'. Also, can you change any 'after the contract is approved' to a specific time, such as 'within 24 hours' or 'immediately after'? @Smoke1965 once @Mika8117 has made these changes you will need to re-agree

@Mika8117 you still have to change the after here: to a specific time constraint, such as 'immediately after' or 'within 24 hours'. Once @Mika8117 has completed these changes, @Smoke1965 will have to re-agree.
