IGN: @sick24 Users involved in this contract: @TheZombieMuffin General purpose of the contract: A loan and the subsequent re-payment of said loan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide @TheZombieMuffin with 120,000 EcoDollars and a sign for them to deposit the payback of this loan into. To also provide easy access to this sign as it will be located near the "/warp serabrisa" location. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Deposit 140,000 EcoDollars into the sign owned by @sick24 by 10 days from January 10th, 2015, which is January 20th, 2015. Should @TheZombieMuffin not be able to complete the full 140k by January 20th, they will incur a late fee of 2.5k EcoDollars per day for a maximum of 1 week after the due date, January 27th. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
