General Purpose of Contract:
I will give @Hmongusa a 680,000 eco dollar (ecd) loan, and @Hmongusa will pay back 850,000 ecd within 9 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Lurxolt, agree to send 680,000 ecd to @Hmongusa within a day after the contract is approved.

@Hmongusa agrees to the following terms:

• @Hmongusa will pay @Lurxolt 850,000 ecd within 9 weeks after having received 680,000 ecd. Payments on the loan can either be done through the in-game command /pay, forum transfer or a trade sign at x:-9205 y:76 z:-8999 (/warp lurxfeld, 2nd floor of the warp building)) in Rising. The trade sign contains 85 stones for a price of $10,000 each.

• @Hmongusa agrees to pay off $100,000 per week for the first 8 weeks where as the first weekly payment needs to be paid until march 25th 2018. The last payment of 50k (9th week) needs to be done until may 20th 2018.

• @Hmongusa agrees that if she doesnt pay the 850,000 ecd within 9 weeks that she will have to pay an additional $850 per day as a late fee. Late fees will cap after 14 days, at which point a complaint may be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
