Most of the loans will be at the rate of 1.35x ( or higher ) for example: I, jassimq take a loan of 20k i need to pay back 1.35x the money i am being loaned which is 27k
BUT that doesn't mean the rate of every loan is 1.35x

Why do you need the loan for: To buy equipment such as a diamond pickaxe for mining and a diamond axe for pumpkin farming. I also need it to buy a few plots so I can build house that is big enough to store all my items and big enough to fit a medium sized farm.
