So, I have money piling up, and nothing really to spend it on at the moment. I have plenty of land I haven't built on yet, and I don't mind lending out money at decent rates of return.

I am willing to make small to medium-sized loans to established players with good track records and no bans for scamming. See application below. Small to medium = $100,000 to $500,000.

THE RULES:​

1. Please contact me on this thread and this thread ONLY. I am antisocial as heck, and contacting me in-game will disqualify any applicant. If I like what I see in your application, I will get in touch with you.
2. I will not post a response to an application on this thread, either acceptance or rejection. This thread is for the purpose of contacting me. I will answer general questions here, though.
3. Players with an exceptional track record may be fine with screenshots.
4. Players with more marginal histories will need to do contracts.
5. Payments will be made to a payment sign according to terms agreed upon, located in one of the gatehouse towers directly behind /warp zenith.
6. Failure to pay will result in the filing of a formal complaint.
7. Interest rates will depend on the degree of risk that you present. For example, an @Imabankthing or @AdmiralD would get a very low interest rate if he ever needed a loan (not that he would). A @matrix_rep slightly higher, because of lotto, but still pretty low because of the long, positive track record. Whereas [edit] would have to donate a kidney, and possibly his firstborn son.
8. I am generally only ever on during the evening in Eastern (American) time. If you're not on then, I'm probably not the lender for you. No offense, Europe. :)

Well, I wouldn't automatically say no. If you have a positive track record to balance out the old scamming ban, I would consider it.
