I am in search of a locked chest that i have no clue where it is at that is locked to me but all I remember is that its in a taiga or snow biome

Sorry, but we don't process these types of requests. Plus that command does nothing on our server.
It is usually up to the player to remember where they have stashed their items and where they are located in the world.
You could always donate for multi-home and /sethome there.
